Industrial Building Projects | East Region
Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of quantity surveying and commercial activities for industrial building projects.
- Handle post-contract administration, including progress claims, variations, EOT and final accounts.
- Prepare and review subcontractor packages, including tender evaluation, negotiation and awards.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow and commercial performance.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers on contractual and commercial matters.
- Review contracts, identify commercial risks and provide appropriate mitigation.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts and commercial reports for management.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants, clients and subcontractors to resolve commercial issues.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience with a main contractor.
- Strong experience in industrial building / building construction projects.
