What You'll Do:
- Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions from initial consultation to closing.
- Provide expert market advice, pricing strategies, and negotiation support.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Stay current on market trends, listings and property values.
- Promote listings via Bayut and Property Finder and personal branding
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, inspections, and documentation.
- Meet sales goals and contribute to team success.
What We're Looking For:
- Active real estate broker card (RERA)
- Proven track record of successful sales and satisfied clients.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM tools, and digital marketing.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
