Takween Aldar Real Estate is expanding its sales team in Dubai and looking for experienced real estate agents with a proven track record of closing transactions.

Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience is mandatory. This is not an entry-level position.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience (mandatory)

• Proven history of closed transactions (mandatory)

• Dubai/UAE real estate experience strongly preferred

• Secondary Market and/or Off-Plan experience

• Strong negotiation, client management and closing skills

• Ability to secure listings and manage leads professionally

• Disciplined, ambitious and results-driven

• Excellent English communication skills
