Senior Real Estate Consultant

This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza for a Senior Real Estate Consultant. The consultant will oversee the sale and purchase of real estate properties, negotiate contracts, and provide expert advice to clients. Other responsibilities include conducting market research, offering property valuations, and assisting clients in making informed investment decisions. The consultant will also be involved in training junior team members on sales techniques and market strategies to drive business growth.

• Proven experience and expertise in Real Estate and Real Property.
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills to engage with clients and close deals effectively.
• Experience in training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Sound knowledge of the Giza real estate market and market trends is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is highly desirable.
