Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and execution of real estate investment opportunities across priority markets (with an initial focus on major international markets)
• Build and develop a high-quality pipeline of direct and partner-led transactions
• Oversee underwriting, structuring, and transaction execution
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape portfolio strategy and capital deployment
• Drive asset management initiatives and value creation across investments
• Support the continued build-out of an international investment platform

Profile

• 1520+ years of real estate investment experience
• Strong track record sourcing and executing direct real estate transactions
• Experience across major international markets
• Background from a leading investment firm, private equity platform, developer, or institutional investor
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a lean, high-impact environment
• Comfortable taking ownership across the full investment lifecycle
