Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruiter, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Senior Recruiter will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, creating job postings, evaluating applicant qualifications, and maintaining a database of potential candidates. The Senior Recruiter will also develop strategies to attract top talent, manage employer branding initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selection
• Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies, including employer branding and talent acquisition campaigns
• Strong skills in candidate assessments, interviewing, and building positive candidate experiences
• Experience in managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Knowledge of local labor laws and best practices in recruitment and hiring
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in recruitment, especially in the education or training sector, is advantageous
