Senior Recruiter - (Full Time Remote)

For a very well known multinational company, a Senior Recruiter is urgently needed:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring timelines.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and recruitment reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably Engineering and Oil & Gas.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent command of English is required.
