This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruiter/Headhunter based in New Cairo. The Senior Recruiter will oversee and manage the recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates who align with the organization's values and goals. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating qualifications, and coordinating hiring strategies. The position also involves collaborating with managers to identify recruitment needs and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and networking platforms
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and develop recruitment strategies
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to achieving recruitment goals
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the education or childcare industry is an advantage
