Role Description

This is a full-time On-site role for a Senior Recruiter based in Dubai, UAE. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates for various roles within the company. Daily tasks include creating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will also manage relationships with recruitment agencies and provide a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications

• UAE hiring or agency experience preferred
• 3-6+ years of recruitment experience
• Strong skills in creating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
• Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and manage candidate databases
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with UAE labour laws and recruitment processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
