Senior Recruiter - Technology

Profile

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Technology Recruiter with strong expertise in AI, Digital Transformation and 360° Technology Recruitment. The ideal candidate combines excellent technical sourcing and headhunting skills with strong client management and business development capabilities.

Role

• Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle from business development and client requirements through sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation and placement

• Recruit across AI, Generative AI, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Digital Transformation and emerging technologies

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers and technology professionals

• Conduct market mapping, headhunting and targeted sourcing for niche and senior technology roles

• Build and manage a strong technology talent pipeline

• Achieve individual recruitment, placement and business development targets

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of technology recruitment experience

• Strong experience in new business acquisition

• Proven track record in AI, Digital Transformation and Technology recruitment

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing tools

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Commercially minded, proactive and target driven

• UAE/GCC recruitment experience is an advantage

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver high-quality candidates within tight deadlines
