Senior Recruitment Consultant

We're growing our permanent recruitment team at Edari and are looking for an experienced recruiter to join us in Dubai.

This is not your typical 360 recruitment role.

We already have an established client base and strong relationships across the UAE, so this role is not about cold calling or building a desk from scratch. The focus is on what great recruiters do best: understanding the brief, identifying and engaging strong talent, managing a high-quality recruitment process and building trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.

You'll work across mid to senior-level permanent appointments, partnering closely with established clients and senior stakeholders across a range of functions and sectors.

What we're looking for

We're deliberately keeping the list of requirements focused, but there are a few things that are important to us:

• At least 7 years recruitment experience
• Strong permanent recruitment experience, ideally across mid to senior-level appointments
• Currently based in the UAE, ideally with on-the-ground UAE recruitment experience
• Agency recruitment experience, either currently or earlier in your career
• Strong candidate sourcing, assessment and delivery capability
• Confident communication skills with the ability to engage credibly with senior candidates and client stakeholders
• A relationship-led approach to recruitment and a genuine focus on candidate experience

Just as importantly, personality and team fit will matter.

We're looking for someone with good judgement, energy and confidence who enjoys recruitment and takes pride in delivering a high-quality service.

You should be comfortable working autonomously, but equally enjoy being part of a well established collaborative team.

If you're an experienced recruiter who enjoys the delivery and relationship side of recruitment but doesn't want a role dominated by sales and business development, this could be a very good fit.
