I'm working with a leading British recruitment company with a base in Dubai, and they're looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join their growing international team. You'll be working the UK education market from Dubai, so there's no relearning a new market and no starting from scratch. You pick up exactly where you left off, just with a lot more sunshine and a lot more in your pocket.

Who they're looking for
- Minimum 1 year's experience in education recruitment (compulsory, further education, or international education)
- A proven billing track record and a genuine understanding of the UK education market
- Someone who's ambitious, driven and ready to take their career (and their earning potential) to the next level
- Confident, resilient and comfortable working a fast paced 360 or delivery-focused desk
- Open to relocating and embracing a completely new way of life
What the role involves
- Continuing to work the UK education market, but from Dubai, building on existing knowledge and relationships or developing new ones
- Managing the full recruitment cycle across compulsory, further education and international education, from business development through to placement
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, colleges and international education providers
- Sourcing, screening and placing high quality candidates into education roles
- Hitting and exceeding billing targets in a fast moving, target-driven environment
- Representing a leading name in the education recruitment space, both in the UK and internationally
