The Role:

We are hiring Senior Recruitment Consultants / 360 Consultants to work in our Dubai office and to join us during a huge period of growth. We are open to recruiters who have experience across the UAE, US, UK, or KSA markets.

You will:

• Run a full 360 desk end-to-end (business development, client management, delivery)
• Work on your chosen market (US, UAE, KSA, or UK)
• Build long-term client relationships (not transactional recruitment)
• Own your pipeline, revenue, and earning potential
• Operate with autonomy and accountability
• Support is offered from Directors who have combined 45 years of experience

Who This Role Is For:

This role is only suitable for experienced recruiters who:

Have minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience (360 / full desk)

Technology recruitment experience is highly desirable and will be given priority

Have billed consistently and understand how to generate revenue

Are self-starters no hand-holding, no micromanagement

Are money-motivated and commercially driven

Can manage clients and candidates professionally
