Role Description
We are seeking a highly drivenSenior Recruitment Consultantto join our Technology recruitment practice in Dubai. You will play a key role in developing client relationships, managing full recruitment cycles, and placing top-tier technology talent across the UAE market. Experience covering theKSA marketis a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process across the Technology sector, including business development, talent acquisition, candidate management, and deal closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and talent challenges.
- Develop deep market knowledge on salary trends, tech-role demand, hiring behaviors, and client competitor landscapes across the UAE (and ideally KSA).
- Source, qualify, and interview candidates through multiple channels (databases, networking, social platforms, referrals, events).
- Proactively pitch and represent candidates to clients and negotiate offers that achieve successful placements.
- Maintain high levels of pipeline discipline using CRM/ATS systems.
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives including market mapping, marketing campaigns, hiring events, and brand positioning.
- Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge within the practice where relevant.
Experience & Requirements
- 2-4 yearsof experience in agency recruitment, ideally within theTechnologydomain (IT, Digital, Cybersecurity, Software, Cloud, Data, etc.).
- Proven track record of delivering revenue and closing placements in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of theUAE technology hiring landscape; exposure toKSAis a big plus.
- Currentlybased in Dubaiwith existing networks in the local tech ecosystem.
- Confident in managing a 360 desk including business development, account handling, and candidate management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven, and collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
