Overview

We are representing a British-run, growing boutique real estate agency based in Business Bay, currently entering an exciting scale-up phase. Backed by solid financial resources and a clear growth strategy, the business is now hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to play a key role in building and scaling its agent headcount.

This is a front-facing, high-impact role suited to someone who wants to be part of the brand, contribute to growth plans, and progress alongside the business rather than sit in a siloed recruitment function.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key representative and face of the brand within the recruitment function
• Headhunt and attract experienced Dubai real estate agents
• Manage and qualify inbound recruitment leads
• Build and maintain a strong agent pipeline aligned with growth targets
• Support and grow the company's recruitment brand and social presence
• Work closely with directors on recruitment scale and expansion plans
• Contribute ideas, structure, and process to support long-term growth

Requirements

• Real estate recruitment experience in Dubai is essential
• Strong understanding of the Dubai brokerage market and agent profiles
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
• Comfortable operating in a growth environment
• British female profile preferred (cultural alignment with the business)
