Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter located in Qesm El Obour. The Senior HR Recruiter will lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates for various positions. Additional responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, building strong employer brand initiatives, managing candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals. The recruiter will also ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Responsibility

Senior recruitment for various positions.

Source, screen, and interview qualified candidate

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.

Maintain candidate pipelines and

Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

35 years of experience in Same position

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and interviewing techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must own a car.

Preferably living in New Cairo (Tagamoa)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
