Senior Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Abu Dhabi (Temporary Contract).

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and business requirements, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure positions are filled efficiently and with the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding coordination.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage multiple vacancies and high-volume recruitment requirements simultaneously.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing.
• UAE recruitment experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience recruiting across hospitality, facilities management, corporate or operational roles would be an advantage.
