Job Summary:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is the end-to-end recruitment engine for Cushman & Wakefield Core in Egypt & UAE. This role oversees the entire hiring and onboarding lifecycle across all business functions, from manpower planning and job design to candidate selection and offer management. Beyond sourcing and screening, this individual acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers, improving the processes, tools, and frameworks that ensure hiring is consistent, fast, and of high quality.

Responsibilities of the role:

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Oversee the complete recruitment process for positions at all levels and departments, encompassing both fee-earning and business services sectors in the UAE, Egypt, and any future office locations the company may establish.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, advise on market positioning, and set realistic timelines
  • Fully engage with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) we may adopt in the future to ensure efficient and timely achievement of recruitment goals.
  • Draft, refine, and publish tailored job descriptions that accurately reflect each role's scope, seniority, and requirements
  • Source candidates through relevant hiring software including LinkedIn, Bayt, Gulf Talent, referral networks, and recruitment agencies
  • Conduct structured screening calls to assess fit, salary expectations, visa status, and notice periods
  • Coordinate and schedule multi-round interview processes, including HR, technical, and senior leadership rounds
  • Facilitate debrief sessions and maintain evaluation records for all shortlisted candidates.

Offer Management & Closing

  • Prepare competitive salary proposals benchmarked against UAE market data, seeking appropriate internal approvals
  • Issue formal offer letters and manage candidate acceptance through to signed documentation
  • Close job postings and communicate outcomes to all interviewed candidates
  • Assist in enhancing and maintaining the firm's recruitment process framework, including process guides, templates, and checklists
  • Ensure all recruitment documentation is organized and up-to-date, including sharing and filing contracts and offer letters, collecting references, and communicating essential information about start dates and onboarding with relevant colleagues.

Process, Tools & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking trackers for all active and closed roles
  • Produce and present regular recruitment status reports and hiring pipeline summaries to stakeholders
  • Own the library of JD templates across all business lines, ensuring they remain current and role-specific
  • Establish and uphold filing and naming standards for all recruitment documentation

Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers across property management, commercial, and finance departments
  • Advise on headcount planning, role scoping, and candidate market availability
  • Run intake meetings at the start of each new search to align on profile, timeline, and interview structure
  • Proactively flag hiring risks, pipeline gaps, or offer challenges early to prevent delays

Other

  • Develop a deep understanding of the service line you are recruiting for to effectively answer candidate questions and ensure that you are hiring the right candidate for the right role. Conduct structured HR induction sessions during onboarding of newly hired employees, covering policies, benefits, systems, and code of conduct when needed.
  • Assist in delivering admin induction for new team members joining the recruitment and HR function
  • Assign probation milestones and facilitate 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins with hiring managers
  • Serve as an additional point of contact for new joiners throughout their probation period
  • 5+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience, ideally within real estate, professional services, or a corporate environment in Egypt.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels simultaneously
  • Strong command of hiring norms expected of an international company, including notice periods, compensation structures, and market knowledge
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others
  • Hands-on experience writing job descriptions and recruitment process documentation
  • Experience delivering onboarding and induction programs
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to various audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate market dynamics and trends is a plus.
