Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist for a full-time remote position. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. The Senior Recruitment Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, they will provide training and guidance to junior team members and ensure the recruitment process aligns with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes
- Strong skills in Interviewing and evaluating candidates effectively
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in Training and onboarding new team members
- Sound knowledge of recruitment strategies and technologies
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruitment within the Middle East is an advantage
