This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Recruitment Specialist, based in Cairo. The Senior Recruitment Specialist will oversee the recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing hiring processes. Responsibilities may also include collaborating with leadership to assess staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and providing training and support to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting to identify and attract top talent
Strong Interviewing skills to effectively assess candidate qualifications and fit
Excellent Communication skills for engaging with candidates, colleagues, and management
Training experience to facilitate onboarding and development programs for new hires
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
Prior experience in recruitment or HR management is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
