We're looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the journey.

This is not simply a recruitment role. You'll be responsible for identifying exceptional talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and attracting ambitious professionals to join our growing team.

• 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Proven experience recruiting within the UAE real estate brokerage sector mandatory
• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate talent market
• Experience sourcing and recruiting real estate brokers and sales professionals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, target-driven approach to recruitment
• Strong ability to identify high-potential candidates and assess cultural fit

You'll play a key role in shaping our growing team across real estate, marketing, and corporate functions, while helping build the talent pipeline for our next stage of growth.
