Job Summary

The Senior Recruitment Specialist is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization. The role focuses on attracting, assessing, and hiring qualified talent while supporting workforce planning and ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for junior, mid-level, and senior positions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs.
  • Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms and sourcing channels.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring decisions with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent sourcing for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and manage job offers and support salary benchmarking activities.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports and metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, preferably within FMCG, agriculture, logistics, or trading companies.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices.
  • Experience using job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment databases.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with ATS systems is a plus.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
