Our client, an international Law firm is looking to recruit a proactive and professional individual to join their team in Dubai. This role will be a shared resource between their Dubai and Cayman offices (approximately 70/30 split) and will support regulatory matters relating to DIFC, ADGM, BVI, and Cayman jurisdictions, depending on capacity
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Dubai office in launching and managing service lines for ADGM and DIFC clients, ensuring consistent high-quality delivery
- Assist in providing Economic Substance Regulation (ESR) services to selected clients, depending on capacity and as directed by the Team Leader
- Preparation and filing of ADGM/BVI Annual Accounts for designated clients
- FATCA & CRS self-certification filings for ADGM/DIFC clients
- Economic Substance Reporting (ESR) for selected clients
- Assistance with Financial Annual Return (FAR) filings
- Preparation of Books of Account (BOA) for specific clients
- Support for the Law Firm on annual ESN filings (and BO), acting as the UAE liaison for the Cayman Corporate Governance ESN filings team
- Contribute to the drafting of internal and external communications and other materials
- Support training initiatives, including the preparation of training resources
- Candidates must possess a professional qualification (e.g. CA, CPA, or equivalent) or a degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, -or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Solid understanding of corporate governance requirements and accounting practices in key jurisdictions

- Proven reliability and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work proactively under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Viewpoint corporate administration software is highly desirable
