Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, reinsurers, and various stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to collaboratively deliver comprehensive reinsurance solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends and opportunities, providing insights to strategically drive business growth and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by managing the Placement, Renewal, and Servicing of facultative Property reinsurance contracts.
  • Draft and review presentations, contracts, and other reinsurance-related documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of various data related to facultative reinsurance, contributing valuable insights to decision-making processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of the business in our internal systems and files, ensuring efficiency in operations and compliance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, contributing to the continuous growth and expansion of our reinsurance portfolio.

Skills and Experience for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or Insurance equivalent in a similar field
  • 2-4 years of experience in reinsurance broking, account management, or a related role within the insurance or reinsurance industry.
  • Attention to details paired with strong analytical skills and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen, emphasizing a customer-centric approach and a dedication to achieving results through hard work and commitment.
