Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to manage and grow high-value client relationships, drive property sales, and act as a trusted advisor to investors and end-users. This role is ideal for a seasoned real estate professional with strong market knowledge, proven sales performance, and excellent relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients
- Act as a senior property consultant, advising clients on buying, selling, and investing in luxury real estate
- Generate sales through direct client engagement, referrals, networking, and lead follow-ups
- Present and promote Y A S Developers luxury projects professionally and confidently
- Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure smooth transaction processes from inquiry to handover
- Maintain accurate client records and pipeline updates using CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Legal for seamless service delivery
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, competitor projects, and investment opportunities
- Mentor junior consultants when required and support team targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 35 years of proven experience as a Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent in Dubai
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, especially off-plan and luxury projects
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Professional appearance and client-focused mindset
- Strong command of English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Valid UAE real estate experience is mandatory; RERA certification is preferred
