What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in UAE real estate sales or relationship management
• Proven experience in UAE real estate development, preferably within the luxury segment
• Strong track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding targets
• Established network of HNWIs, investors, and key stakeholders in the UAE market
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• UAE driving license is preferred
