Are you a seasoned Arabic-speaking Relationship Manager with 3-5 years in private banking driving HNW client portfolios Join a leading financial institution in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to spearhead private banking expansion!

The Role

Lead the growth of private banking for ultra-high-net-worth clients (USD 5M+ investable assets).

• Build and manage HNW portfolios across onshore/offshore platforms.
• Drive AUM/revenue targets through hunting, farming, and market share gains.
• Deliver bespoke investment solutions, offshore expertise, and exceptional client service.
• Reports to: Head of Private Banking Group.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years as Relationship Manager / Senior RM / Business Development Manager in private banking (no prior experience with specific competitors).
• Fluent Arabic + English (written/spoken).
• Proven track record with HNW clients: onshore/offshore investments, portfolio management.
• Strong network in KSA/Gulf; Riyadh/Jeddah preferred.
• Bonus: Offshore jurisdictions (Switzerland, Cayman, etc.), derivatives knowledge.
