Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Relationship Manager to spearhead our client acquisition efforts in Dubai. Your primary mandate will be to identify, engage, and onboard high-net-worth individuals, expanding our firm's regional footprint. This is an entrepreneurial, hunter-style role for a professional with a robust, transferable network and a track record of meeting aggressive AUM targets.
Key Responsibilitie
- Client Acquisition: Actively source, prospect, and acquire new HNW and UHNW clients across Dubai, the GCC, and emerging markets
- AUM Growth: Drive exponential growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) and meet defined quarterly/annual revenue and sales targets
- Networking: Leverage your existing network and participate in exclusive Dubai business and networking events to generate high-quality leads
- Wealth Advisory: Understand clients financial objectives to provide tailored investment solutions, portfolio diversification, and risk-profiling strategies
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all client onboarding, KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and investment suitability processes strictly adhere to local regulatory standards (e.g., DFSA or SCA)
- Relationship Nurturing: Provide exceptional, white-glove service and regular market updates to build deep trust and long-term loyalty

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in wealth management, private bankin
- Client Book: A strong, established, and portable network of HNW / UHNW clients and a track record of successfully managing a multimillion-dollar portfolio
- Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of cross-border wealth regulations and local compliance frameworks
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISI, CFA, or SCA accreditation) are highly preferred
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
