Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Executive to join our Direct Sales CC & PL department. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of personal banking products, with a primary focus on credit cards & Personal Loan. Your main objective is to achieve sales targets and contribute to the bank's growth by acquiring new customers and cross-selling additional products. This role offers a challenging and rewarding experience, allowing you to develop your sales and customer relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell personal banking products, including credit cards, personal loans, and payroll accounts, to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct promotional activities, group meetings, and roadshows to engage potential customers and increase product awareness.
- Manage and achieve sales objectives, including cross-selling products from other business verticals.
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and ensure fair and ethical practices in customer dealings.
- Develop a deep understanding of banking products and provide tailored solutions to customer needs.
- Stay updated on competition offerings and sales processes, suggesting improvements and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring fair and transparent dealings.
- Address customer requirements and provide the most suitable product solutions.
- Escalate exceptions and critical issues to senior management for timely resolution.
- Maintain excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a preference for Arabic language proficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant sales or customer relationship management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel within the allocated region for promotional activities and customer meetings.
- Knowledge of banking products and services, with a focus on credit cards, is an advantage.
- Understanding of sales processes and techniques, including lead generation and customer acquisition.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
