Senior relocation consultant

Role Description The Senior Relocation Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end relocation processes for corporate and individual clients, including needs assessment, planning, coordination, and follow-up. Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on housing and property options, coordinating with internal logistics, customs, and transportation teams, and liaising with external partners to ensure timely and compliant moves. The consultant will prepare and review relocation proposals, manage client expectations, and resolve issues quickly to maintain service quality. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, updating client records, tracking relocation progress, and contributing to process improvements and best practices within the relocation team.
Qualifications

• Strong property consulting and real estate skills, with the ability to advise clients on suitable housing and local market conditions.
• Demonstrated consulting experience, including needs analysis, solution design, and proactive client guidance throughout the relocation process.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex relocation steps clearly and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven customer service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and building long-term client relationships.
• Relevant experience in relocation, moving services, logistics, or international assignments management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple relocations concurrently.
• Proficiency in using office software and CRM or relocation management systems.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills, especially Arabic, are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo and occasionally travel to meet clients or visit properties as needed.
