The Renewals Executive is responsible for managing the renewal process of existing clients, ensuring high
renewal rates and customer satisfaction. The role involves proactive engagement with clients, addressing
concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to retain and grow existing business relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track upcoming contract expirations and renewal dates.
- Engage proactively with clients to discuss terms, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely renewals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the renewal process.
- Identify reasons for non-renewals and collaborate with sales or customer success teams to resolve
- issues.
- Provide regular reports and insights on renewal performance to management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address client needs and concerns related to renewals.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in a service or target-driven industry.
