General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project reporting systems, dashboards, and templates aligned with PMC and client requirements.
- Consolidate data from planning, engineering, commercial, and site teams to produce accurate progress reports.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and project status.
- Analyze project performance data to identify trends, risks, delays, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with planning and cost control teams to ensure consistency in schedules, progress, and financial reporting.
- Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and highlight variances with recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely submission of reports to stakeholders.
- Support the development of management dashboards using reporting tools and software.
- Participate in progress review meetings and present key insights to senior management.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of all reports and project records.
- Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Director or line manager.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project reporting, planning, or project controls in large infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and reporting frameworks.
- Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Primavera P6).
- Experience in integrating data from multiple disciplines (planning, cost, engineering).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder reporting..
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
