Senior Resident Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Resident Engineer to oversee site supervision and construction activities for building, luxury villas, and residential tower projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day site supervision and construction activities.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, workmanship, and compliance with project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and project stakeholders to resolve site issues.
• Review technical submissions, method statements, material approvals, and inspection requests.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai authority requirements, HSE, quality, and contractual standards.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and provide technical guidance to the project team.
• Identify construction risks and support timely resolution of technical and site-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 20+ years of relevant experience, with strong experience in building construction and site supervision.
• Proven experience in luxury villas, residential towers, and high-end building projects in Dubai.
• Strong consultant-side experience in managing contractors and site teams.
• Excellent knowledge of construction practices, quality control, and regulations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
