Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the leasing activities of commercial and administrative spaces within malls and office towers. The role involves setting strategic leasing plans, negotiating lease terms, overseeing tenant relationships, and ensuring high occupancy and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement the annual leasing strategy in line with company objectives.

* Identify and attract targeted tenant segments (retail brands, banks, clinics, corporate offices).

* Lead and supervise the leasing team, setting KPIs and ensuring goal achievement.

* Conduct negotiations and finalize lease agreements that align with business targets.

* Coordinate with legal and technical departments to ensure smooth handover and contract execution.

* Maintain and update a comprehensive database of existing and potential tenants.

* Collaborate with facility and operations teams to ensure units are lease-ready.

* Prepare regular reports on occupancy status, leasing performance, and market trends.

* Monitor market activities, competitor offerings, and suggest pricing or positioning adjustments.

* Represent the company in exhibitions, property expos, and networking events to promote leasing opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

* 710 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.

* Proven track record in leasing retail shops and office spaces in premium projects.

* Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.

* Solid network within the real estate and retail sectors.

* Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and leasing dashboards.

* Excellent analytical and planning capabilities.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

* Knowledge of commercial leasing laws and documentation.

* Technical background in unit layouts and fit-out requirements.
