Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain salary structures, grading systems, and job evaluation frameworks.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
  • Support annual salary reviews, merit increases, promotions, and adjustments.
  • Analyze pay equity and internal consistency across roles and entities.
  • Manage and enhance employee benefits programs (medical, allowances, incentives, etc.).
  • Support the design and administration of short-term and long-term incentive schemes.
  • Ensure rewards programs align with business strategy and performance outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 36 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
