Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain salary structures, grading systems, and job evaluation frameworks.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
- Support annual salary reviews, merit increases, promotions, and adjustments.
- Analyze pay equity and internal consistency across roles and entities.
- Manage and enhance employee benefits programs (medical, allowances, incentives, etc.).
- Support the design and administration of short-term and long-term incentive schemes.
- Ensure rewards programs align with business strategy and performance outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 36 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
