Job role: The selected candidate will contribute to the design, prototyping, testing and performance analysis of advanced systems, with a focus on radar cross-section (RCS) reduction and increasing. These efforts will support the enhancement of the center's capabilities and ongoing development initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
· Design and develop RF modules including RF circuits (analog and digital parts), antennas, power amplifiers, and elements of measurement setup
· Design and verification of RF PCB up to X/Ku Band.
· Build, test and program prototypes and validate performance at the system level.
· Support and improve RCS measurement capabilities (hardware and software).
· Participate in indoor and outdoor RCS measurement campaigns, including testing and data analysis.
· Work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure clear communication and technical alignment.
· Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
· Maintain accurate records of simulations and test data to ensure traceability and reliability.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Engineer's or master's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in related field.
· Knowledge and compliance with IPC standards.
· Knowledge of VHDL/Verilog, Python or C/C++.
· Solid understanding of circuit theory and wave propagation.
· Familiarity with commercial EM tools such as Altium Designer, Quartus, SolidWorks, ANSYS HFSS SBR+, CST Studio Suite, or equivalent software is mandatory.
· Strong organizational skills, and good communication skills for teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment.
