ABOUT THE ROLE
To support the risk management program through facilitating identification of risks, with the aim to adequately manage or eliminate any risks that may result in property loss, injury, or legal liability and assist the risk owners in development of mitigation plans for risks identified
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
o Ensure consistent and ongoing monitoring, and reporting of key business risks, as per the defined policy and guidelines , in conjunction with business heads
o Assist in promoting risk management related best practices within the business
o Support in risk related initiatives in projects and liaise with the business unit representatives with a view to ensuring compliance to Risk Management policies and procedures
o Work closely with Loss prevention team, QHSSE, finance and other key control functions for integrated control reviews
o To support the enterprise wide risk management program through facilitating identification of risks, with the aim to adequately manage or eliminate any risks that may result in property loss, injury, or legal liability and assist the risk owners in development of mitigation plans for risks identified.
o To develop and implement reporting and monitoring tools to ensure compliance with Group Risk Management policies and procedures
o Assist in the process of risk identification and assessment for relevant departments and make recommendations to mitigate risk or improve control frameworks
Oversee input and data quality of risk management system, in order to generate accurate reports and periodic analysis of the data.
