The Project

This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering an ultra-luxury residential and hospitality project with significant civils and infrastructure scope, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure, landscape, and built assets, delivered rapidly through Mace as a hands-on project management consultant with FIDIC engineer responsibility.

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Champion safety-first values, confidently applying stop-work authority, and promoting well-being standards.
  • Demonstrate leadership behaviours aligned with organizational values, mentoring and coaching junior staff.
  • Implement and continuously improve risk frameworks, registers, dashboards, and reporting processes.
  • Facilitate risk workshops, reviews, and assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk controls into plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure high-quality risk data, compliance with best practice, and proactive monitoring of changing risk profiles.
  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and shares responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You'll Need To Have

  • Relevant degree or diploma in risk management, engineering, or project management.
  • Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
  • Extensive years of risk leadership experience on major projects, ideally in KSA/Middle East.
  • Strong expertise in risk tools, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with logistics and supply chain constraints, material availability, and long-lead procurement. Access, transportation, and infrastructure readiness. Environmental and climatic challenges.
  • Ensure risk reporting, compliance, and assurance requirements are consistently met
  • Strong understanding of regional client expectations, approval processes, and major development delivery challenges.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
