We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Road Engineer to join our team and drive our business forward. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong engineering background, excellent project management skills, and a keen interest in business development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7-8 years experienced civil graduate engineer. Chartered Engineering will be an added advantage.
- Roads and highways project experience in UAE.
- Previous project experience dealing with Abu Dhabi Municipality, RTA etc
Project Role
- Take responsibility of a Senior Engineer in our roads & highways division by leading the way.
- Carry out feasibility and optioneering studies.
- Develop and prepare design drawings, reports, design reports, technical and materials specifications.
- Resolve design problems using both manual and computer methods with minimal supervision, as and when needed.
- Assist in obtaining design approval from authorities/agencies.
- Maintain quality control and quality standards in all personal work output, checking computations, designs, drawings , plans, estimates and reports prepared for comprehensiveness, technical accuracy and sound application of engineering principles and standards.
- Supporting building a small team of Road/Infra engineers and mentoring junior team members.

- Attend team meetings and play an active role in the development of procedures within your team.
- Review and comment on company procedures using the feedback system.
