We are currently hiring for exceptional Qatari Human Resources professional, focusing on, directing and optimizing internal HR operations and administration function of Employee Services section.
The role ensures seamless employee lifecycle management, payroll compliance, and robust data management, with strategic focus on onboarding, offboarding, and managing operational needs of employees.
- An Ideal candidate should have min. 8 years of experience in Human resources with 2years in supervisory role. Previous experience in personnel or employee life cycle management.
- He/ she should be a bachelor's degree in HR or should have HR certification.
- He/ she should in depth knowledge of Qatari Labor Law.
- Proficiency with HR platforms and good knowledge of using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact and escalation for the Employee Services Team members.
- Monitor daily team activities and trackers and provide meaningful feedback for improvement of the individual as well as team performance.
- Be the channel for two-way flow of information between the management and the team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks within the scope of the Employee Services Team.
- Create and manage reporting of employee data and trends as requested by the management and other functions within the company.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure team effectiveness and internal customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing the accurate verification, formatting, and electronic signing of official HR documents like salary certificates, salary transfer letters, NOCs, embassy, and visa support letters.
- Validate and process memos, documents, system updates as well as workflows actioned by the team such as leave requests, employee master data update and maintenance, and other routine requests while enabling timely action and deliveries in the defined SLA for the employees.
- Validate and endorse the tasks submitted by the team in the system as well as for further management approval on channels such as email, Docusign etc.
- Validate and endorse the team inputs related to payroll data, employee benefits in the system as well as other tasks related to Employee Services.
- Champion the enhancement and change management for the policies and procedures of the Employee Services Section and related impact to other functions within as well as outside the Human Capital Department.
- Enforcing strict data privacy and verification protocols to protect sensitive salary and personnel information before document dispatch.
- Supervise the execution of promotions, internal structural transfers, and offboarding clearances.
- Building and refining workflows to eliminate manual errors in day-to-day administration.
- Manage personnel records and files in the system as well as hard copies as applicable.
- Maintaining absolute data integrity across all digital files, employment history, and master data profiles.
- Ensuring exact processing of statutory gratuities, accrued leave settlements, and exit payouts for non-nationals.
- Delivering regular analytical reports on processing cycle times, headcount trends, and service desk performance.
