Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of RPA technologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC). This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, developing new bots, and maintaining existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UiPath.
- Deploy and maintain RPA bots, ensuring operational stability.
- Document automation processes and maintain comprehensive records.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize deployed RPA solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Monitor RPA system performance and ensure continued functionality and efficiency.
Required Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- UiPath Certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer).
Required Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency with UiPath and familiarity with other RPA tools.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
