Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager to drive business growth for our IT outsourcing and technology services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of selling software development services, IT outsourcing, staff augmentation, managed services, and digital transformation solutions to local and international clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding existing accounts while consistently achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting, events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations to understand business challenges and position company services effectively.
  • Develop tailored outsourcing and IT services solutions that address client requirements and business objectives.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), RFP/RFQ responses, and pricing models.
  • Manage and grow strategic client accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and C-level executives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and client success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, outsourcing models, digital transformation initiatives, and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates within CRM systems.
  • Track and report sales activities, opportunities, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • +3 years of B2B sales experience within IT services, software development, technology consulting, or outsourcing industries.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling one or more of the following:
  • Software Development Services
  • IT Outsourcing
  • Staff Augmentation
  • Managed Services
  • Cloud Solutions
  • Digital Transformation Services
  • Enterprise Software Solutions
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technology delivery models.
  • Experience working with international clients across North America, Europe, GCC, or Africa is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Existing network of decision-makers within enterprise organizations.
  • Experience selling offshore or nearshore development services.
  • Experience responding to RFPs and large enterprise opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, AI solutions, cybersecurity services, and enterprise applications.
