Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager – ELV & Light Current Systems to join our growing team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of ELV and light current solutions and services, managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets across the Egypt market.
This role requires strong knowledge of ELV/security technologies, building systems integration, solution-based selling, and the enterprise/government procurement landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets within Egypt for ELV and light current systems.
- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise, government, construction/contracting, and commercial sectors across the Egypt.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders, including government and semi-government entities.
- Solution Selling: Promote and sell ELV and light current solutions, including CCTV/surveillance, access control, fire alarm & detection, public address (PA) systems, building management systems (BMS), structured cabling, intercom, parking management, and nurse call systems.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer project requirements and building specifications, and work closely with presales/technical teams to design appropriate solutions.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, technical-commercial proposals, and offers in line with local procurement, tender, and consultant specification requirements.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and tender identification to technical submission, negotiation, and closing.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and reports.
- Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with ELV/security technology manufacturers and partners to maximize business opportunities and stay current on product roadmaps.
- Rewards Program Participation: Actively engage in vendor and company sales rewards, rebate, and incentive programs to maximize business opportunities and personal performance.
- Incentive Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and program objectives to qualify for sales incentives, rewards, and recognition initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ELV/light current or security systems sales, preferably within a system integrator or contracting environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the Egypt market, ideally through tenders and consultant-specified projects.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of ELV systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA, BMS, and structured cabling.
- Experience working with leading ELV/security technology manufacturers (e.g., Honeywell, Bosch, Hikvision, Axis, Johnson Controls, or similar) is a plus.
- Established network of contacts among consultants, contractors, and government/enterprise clients.
- B1+ proficiency level in English, both written and verbal; Arabic fluency required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and account management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities and tenders simultaneously.
