Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The individual will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, executing lead generation efforts, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The role also involves ensuring seamless communication with clients, addressing inquiries, and solving business challenges through tailored solutions.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities
  • Customer Service and problem-resolution skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the IT or technology sector
