Job Description

IT Senior Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and growing sales accounts by building strong client relationships.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding client needs, providing tailored IT solutions, and achieving sales targets while maintaining profitability.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring strong relationships and customer retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
  • Regularly review client accounts to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Present and demonstrate IT products, services, and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their IT challenges and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide insights and feedback to management on customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals while ensuring profitability.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipelines, and revenue performance.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on account statuses and sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in managing multiple accounts and working with enterprise-level clients.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical knowledge of IT solutions, including software, hardware, and cloud services.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
