IT Senior Sales Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Managing and growing sales accounts by building strong client relationships.
- Identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Understanding client needs, providing tailored IT solutions, and achieving sales targets while maintaining profitability.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring strong relationships and customer retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
- Regularly review client accounts to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Present and demonstrate IT products, services, and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their IT challenges and business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide insights and feedback to management on customer needs and market opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts in line with company policies.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals while ensuring profitability.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Track and report sales activities, pipelines, and revenue performance.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on account statuses and sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing multiple accounts and working with enterprise-level clients.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical knowledge of IT solutions, including software, hardware, and cloud services.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
