Ajman Free Zone is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Administrator B2B to lead and manage the B2B Operations function. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational execution, managing the B2B Operations team, and ensuring effective coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders.
This is a senior operational leadership role supporting B2B revenue delivery through disciplined execution, service quality, and governance. It is not a direct sales role.
The position requires strong people management capability, advanced working knowledge of UAE ICP systems, and the ability to independently handle partner and operational escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Operations & Team Management
- Lead, manage, and mentor the B2B Operations team, ensuring balanced workloads, accountability, and consistent service standards
- Manage team attendance, leave planning, task allocation, and performance tracking
- Act as the final escalation point for complex operational and partner-related issues
- Ensure operational continuity, accuracy, and adherence to approved processes across all B2B cases
Internal Stakeholder Management
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal departments including Government Services, Registration, Finance, Compliance, and External Operations
- Coordinate closely with Government Services and Registration teams to ensure timely processing of trade licenses, amendments, renewals, and visa services
- Proactively resolve inter-departmental dependencies and bottlenecks impacting service delivery
Channel Partner Operations Support
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for B2B channel partners
- Handle escalations related to licensing delays, visa processing, system issues, and documentation gaps
- Ensure partners remain aligned with operational processes, SLAs, and compliance requirements
- Provide accurate operational guidance while maintaining governance and control
ICP, Licensing & Visa Operations
- Oversee end-to-end processing of trade license and visa applications
- Ensure correct and compliant usage of UAE ICP systems, including approvals, tracking, and issue resolution
- Validate documentation accuracy and ensure all cases meet regulatory and Free Zone requirements
- Monitor turnaround times and proactively manage operational risks
Governance, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure full compliance with Free Zone regulations, internal policies, and approved workflows
- Maintain data accuracy across internal systems and operational trackers
- Prepare regular operational reports covering volumes, turnaround times, escalations, and improvement areas
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client, partner, and internal information

Qualifications:
- At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or any other related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Senior Sales Administration, B2B Operations, or similar role within a UAE Free Zone or comparable regulatory environment
- Proven experience managing operational teams and handling channel partner escalations
- Hands-on experience with ICP systems, licensing, and visa processing is mandatory.
