Job Role
The Sales Agent will be responsible for supporting clients throughout their travel journey by providing high-quality service, managing reservations, and promoting the company's travel packages. The role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and assist foreign and local customers with travel inquiries.
- Manage hotel bookings and ensure accurate reservation details.
- Arrange and schedule sightseeing tours and travel itineraries.
- Handle flight reservations using internal systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote company travel products and meet sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Amadeus reservation system.
- Good knowledge of East Asian and European destinations.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals.
