Job Summary
The Senior Sales & Relationship Executive will be responsible for generating sales, consulting prospective clients on immigration and investment migration programs, managing end-to-end client relationships, assisting with documentation, and ensuring a seamless application process. The role requires strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills, along with knowledge of immigration programs and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Interact with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable immigration solutions.
Sales & Business Development
- Promote Skilled Immigration, Citizenship by Investment (CBI), and Residency by Investment (RBI) programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new leads and convert them into clients.
Client Consultation
- Assess client eligibility for immigration programs.
- Guide clients throughout the immigration application process.
Follow-up & Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Encourage referrals and repeat business.
Documentation
- Assist clients in preparing immigration documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of applications.
Market Research
- Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, and market trends.
Reporting
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback for the Sales Manager.
