Overview:

  • As our Senior Sales Analyst, you won't just report numbers; you will own the narrative of our commercial performance. You will translate complex data sets from our Cement and Ready-Mix business into actionable strategies, empowering our sales leadership to make high-stakes decisions with confidence and speed.

Responsibilities:

1-Health & Safety:

Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained.

2-Functional:

Commercial Strategy & Growth Forecasting: Play a pivotal role in the annual strategic cycle (MTP & Budgeting) by providing data-driven sales forecasts and identifying long-term growth trends.

Pricing Intelligence & Revenue Optimization: Act as a strategic advisor to the commercial team by managing complex price structures. You will ensure our pricing remains competitive yet profitable, maintaining full alignment with market dynamics.

Advanced Data Visualization (QlikView): Design and lead the deployment of dashboards. You aren't just building reports; you're creating intuitive tools that allow the sales team to see their performance at a glance.

Opportunity & Threat Detection: Proactively identify gaps and emerging market threats. You will be the early warning system that spots untapped opportunities for market share gains.

Commercial Insights : Support commercial month-end reviews by translating financial results into Commercial Stories explaining the why behind the numbers to help the team pivot effectively.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Mapping: Serve as the custodian of cement market data. You will synthesize information from governmental authorities and field intelligence to map out our position against competitors.

Agile Decision Support: Deliver high-impact reports (Daily to Yearly) that cut through the noise, providing the stakeholders with the bottom line needed for immediate action.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or Economics.

Needed Skills (The ideal candidate should):

  • Be familiar with Analytics & Data Integration platforms Ex: Qlik Analytics.
  • Have a Background in Market Research & Forecasting.
  • Have an excellent understanding of market trends and their effects on the business.
  • Have an English Profile of B2-C1
  • Possess excellent Analytical, Communication & Leadership skills.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a relevant industry is a MUST.
  • Previous experience in Sales Analysis, Commercial Analysis or Strategy is highly preferred.
