Senior/Sales and Logistics Executive

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategies for the distribution and supply of finished goods. Coordinate logistics and warehousing operations, including monitoring slow-moving stock. Oversee processes related to delivery, including transportation and freight forwarding, while ensuring cost efficiency. Negotiate prices and terms with transporters and freight forwarders, addressing claims as needed. Create and maintain customer records, including sales and logistics documentation and invoicing in the ERP system. Cultivate supplier relationships and manage communication, monitoring performance and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Develop delivery forecasts and analyze the impact of transportation and freight forwarder quotations on operations continuity. Ensure compliance with environmental policies, regulations, and GMP requirements related to manufacturing goods. Coordinate and schedule export shipments to align with timelines and requirements from internal and external parties. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, Operations Management, or related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales administration, customer service, logistics, supply chain, or export/import operations within manufacturing. Strong understanding of international trade practices, export documentation, and Incoterms. Experience with Letter of Credit, export shipping documentation, and freight coordination is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Hands-on experience with SAP is essential familiarity with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally. Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
